My name is Olivia (Liv, OV, Olie). My husband, Mike, died in May 2016 at the age of 28 making me a widow at 27. Does my life sound exciting yet? Jealous much? Nope, didn’t think so. I spend my time getting out of bed every day, remembering to feed and walk my dog, going to work, and picking myself up after crying (someone’s got to do it). I also particularly enjoy the outdoors and adventures. I enjoy travelling, taking pictures, cottaging, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, yoga, running, and working out (just to name a few). Oh, and drinking wine. I like that too. See, it’s not all bad things. Life has definitely knocked me down but I’m learning how to get back up.
I attended McMaster University earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications Studies. I earned my Master of Arts in Childstudy and Education from the University of Toronto. I'm an elementary school teacher who lives in the West GTA (Ontario, Canada).
This is my journey. It's a process filled with good days and bad days. It's some sun and some storm. For the first time in my life, it's not planned. It's my "please play again." And I'm trying my hardest.
